CONTENT AND TIMEOUT POLICIES
We have a strict Content Timeout Policy – Client is required to deliver text content / copy, and any additional content required for each page of the website within 45 days of Project Commencement (initial payment)
Unfortunately we simply cannot do our job without the client involvement. We spend a great deal of effort on establishing strategies and workflow for each project and cannot risk loss of communication, client lack of interest or focus, or any other reasons for client’s inability to deliver on their part of the collaboration.

If client fails to perform within 45 DAYS of Project Commencement client risks forfeiting 100% of the deposit or fee paid to that point – this is strictly enforced.
